Gas and Oil Company – Castilla
Located at the end of the distribution circuit, the customer's operation experienced instability in voltage and in the electrical parameters. These variations triggered load losses that, in turn, affected hydrocarbon production.
Gas and Oil Company – Chiquillo
Our client required a capacity extension of the longest crude oil pipeline in Colombia. The project area had poor access to local roads and was surrounded by many hills and a large number of mountains.
Gas and Oil Company – Gran Tierra
SoEnergy designed and provided a power generation plant that uses 100% of the client's flared gas to produce electricity for all production facilities, thus taking care of the entire oilfield process.
Gas and Oil Company – Palo Azul
A mixture of hydrocarbons and flared gas is released when crude oil comes to the surface. Carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from flaring gas and methane from ventilation contribute to climate change and create environmental and health problems for nearby communities. Methane is a greenhouse gas 21 times more potent than CO2.
Gas and Oil Company – Petrotal
Our customer required an 8.8 MW power plant solution for an oil production facility located in a remote area of the Peruvian Amazon jungle. The customer had access to crude oil. However, the extraction was done directly from the oil well with minimal treatment: only the separation of gas, water, salts and sediments.
Gas and Oil Company – Termo
The crude oil in Colombia was usually heavy and a water pumping system demanding a large amount of energy was required. The water-to-crude oil ratio was very high, above 95%, and required 1MW of power for every 1,000 barrels of oil produced.
